Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Freeze The World" leaderboard competition (the "Competition") operated on icemancountdown.com (the "Site"). By submitting your name, email address, and score to the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms — including being subscribed to the RapTV email newsletter and receiving marketing communications from us and RapTV, as described in Section 3. You may unsubscribe at any time.

1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. Entrants under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Site operator are not eligible to win prizes. The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, play "Freeze The World" on the Site, submit a public display name, and provide a valid email address. You will receive a one-click verification link by email; your score is added to the leaderboard only after the link is clicked within 24 hours. No purchase is necessary, and no payment will improve your chances of winning.

3. Use of Your Email Address

We collect your email address for the purposes described below. By entering, you expressly consent to each of the following uses:

• Verification. To send you a one-time link confirming that the email is valid and that the score submission is yours.
• Anti-fraud. To detect duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries and to enforce these Terms.
• Winner notification. To contact you if your score qualifies for a prize, to arrange identity verification, and to coordinate prize delivery.
• Competition updates. To send you transactional messages directly related to the Competition (for example, changes to the rules, end-date reminders, or final results).
• RapTV newsletter & marketing. By entering, you agree to be subscribed to the RapTV email newsletter and to receive marketing communications from us and from RapTV, which may include news, music releases, merchandise, future contests, sponsored content, partner offers, and other promotional material. The frequency, content, and format of these messages are determined at our discretion.

Your email address is never displayed publicly on the leaderboard or elsewhere on the Site.

We may share your email address with RapTV and with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, email delivery, analytics, and hosting platforms) so that they can send marketing communications to you on our or RapTV's behalf. We will not sell your email address to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at the contact address listed below. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect transactional messages relating to your Competition entry or to the delivery of any prize.

4. Public Display of Name and Score

You agree that the public display name you submit and the score you achieve may be displayed publicly on the leaderboard, on the Site, and in social-media posts about the Competition. Do not submit a display name that contains your full real name, contact details, profanity, hate speech, or anything you do not want shown publicly. We may, at our sole discretion, redact, anonymize, or remove any name we consider inappropriate.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Email addresses associated with the Competition are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Competition, deliver any prize, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Email addresses added to the RapTV newsletter and our marketing list are retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise ask us to delete them.

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply to you), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing communications, and to withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the email address listed below. Withdrawing consent before a winner is contacted will disqualify your entry from prize eligibility.

6. Prizes

One or more prizes may be awarded to the entrant(s) achieving the highest verified score(s) at the close of the Competition, as determined in the Site operator's sole discretion. The nature, value, and number of prizes will be announced on the Site. Prizes are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash equivalent. The Site operator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, fails identity verification, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Site operator may select an alternate winner. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.

7. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automated tools, exploit bugs, submit multiple entries from disposable email addresses, or otherwise circumvent these Terms will result in disqualification, removal of scores from the leaderboard, and a permanent ban from future Competitions. The Site operator reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any score before awarding a prize.

8. Intellectual Property & Independence

The Site is an independent, fan-operated project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Drake, OVO Sound, Republic Records, Universal Music Group, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Site operator and its agents from any liability arising out of or relating to your participation in the Competition, the use or misuse of any prize, or any technical failures of the Site. The Competition and the Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Site operator is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or undeliverable entries or email communications.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Site operator may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Competition will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
