Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Freeze The World" leaderboard competition (the "Competition") operated on icemancountdown.com (the "Site") by or on behalf of RapTV, LLC ("RapTV," "we," "us," or "our").

By submitting your display name, email address, and score to the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, WAGER, DEPOSIT, OR ACCOUNT WITH STAKE.US WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Competition is a skill-based leaderboard contest. The eligible participant with the highest verified leaderboard score at the close of the Competition will win the prize, subject to eligibility verification, fraud review, compliance with these Terms, and applicable law.

The $10,000 prize is supplied courtesy of Stake.us / Sweepsteaks Ltd. ("Prize Sponsor").

1. Eligibility

The Competition is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.

Entrants must be legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction and must not be prohibited by law from participating. The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of RapTV, LLC, Stake.us, Sweepsteaks Ltd., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, service providers, and any party involved in the development, operation, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Competition are not eligible to win.

"Immediate family members" means spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and individuals living in the same household, whether related or not.

RapTV reserves the right to require proof of age, identity, location, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

2. How to Enter

To enter, visit icemancountdown.com, play "Freeze The World," submit a public display name, and provide a valid email address.

You will receive a one-click verification link by email. Your score will only be added to the leaderboard after the verification link is clicked within twenty-four (24) hours.

No purchase, payment, wager, deposit, casino play, or Stake.us account is required to participate or win.

3. Competition Period

The Competition begins on May 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Competition Period").

RapTV's computer systems, Site records, and/or leaderboard database will be the official timekeeping devices for the Competition.

RapTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Competition Period if technical issues, fraud, abuse, platform outages, legal concerns, regulatory concerns, or other circumstances affect the fairness, integrity, legality, or proper operation of the Competition.

4. Winner Selection

At the close of the Competition Period, the potential winner will be the eligible entrant with the highest verified score on the official leaderboard.

All scores are subject to review and verification by RapTV. A score appearing on the leaderboard does not guarantee winner status.

RapTV may review gameplay data, timestamps, IP addresses, device information, browser information, session activity, account information, email verification data, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify the authenticity and validity of a score.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant who first achieved the tied high score, based on the timestamp recorded by the Site's systems. If a tie cannot be resolved through timestamp data, RapTV may use another skill-based tiebreaker method in its sole discretion.

RapTV's decisions regarding winner selection, score verification, eligibility, and disqualification are final and binding.

5. Prize

One prize will be awarded.

The eligible entrant with the highest verified score at the close of the Competition will receive Ten Thousand United States Dollars (USD $10,000), courtesy of Stake.us / Sweepsteaks Ltd.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, or substituted except at RapTV's sole discretion. RapTV reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The prize does not include any costs, expenses, taxes, fees, currency conversion costs, bank charges, or other amounts not expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Prize Claim and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, location, tax information, and any other documentation reasonably requested by RapTV or the Prize Sponsor before the prize is awarded.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time period, fails to provide requested documentation, fails identity or eligibility verification, is disqualified, declines the prize, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, RapTV may award the prize to the entrant with the next-highest verified eligible leaderboard score.

RapTV is not responsible for failed, delayed, blocked, misdirected, or undeliverable communications.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, foreign, or other taxes, fees, duties, and reporting obligations arising from acceptance or receipt of the prize.

RapTV and/or the Prize Sponsor may require the winner to complete tax documentation, including a W-9, W-8BEN, or other applicable forms, before prize fulfillment.

Where required by law, RapTV and/or the Prize Sponsor may issue tax reporting forms or withhold amounts from the prize.

8. Role of Prize Sponsor

Stake.us / Sweepsteaks Ltd. is the supplier of the prize and a promotional sponsor of the Competition.

RapTV is responsible for operating the Competition, hosting the game, administering the leaderboard, verifying scores, determining the potential winner, and enforcing these Terms.

No purchase, payment, deposit, wager, casino play, or Stake.us account is required to participate in or win the Competition.

The Competition is not gambling, betting, wagering, or a game of chance.

9. Use of Your Email Address

We collect your email address for the purposes described below.

By entering, you agree that we may use your email address for:

• Verification. To send you a one-time link confirming that the email address is valid and that the score submission is yours.
• Anti-fraud. To detect duplicate, automated, suspicious, or fraudulent entries and to enforce these Terms.
• Winner notification. To contact you if your score qualifies for the prize, to arrange identity verification, and to coordinate prize delivery.
• Competition updates. To send transactional messages directly related to the Competition, including changes to the rules, end-date reminders, score verification updates, prize claim notices, and final results.

You may also be given the option to subscribe to the RapTV email newsletter and receive marketing communications from RapTV or its partners. Marketing communications may include news, music releases, merchandise, future contests, sponsored content, partner offers, and other promotional material.

Your email address is never displayed publicly on the leaderboard or elsewhere on the Site.

We may share your email address with service providers acting on our behalf, such as email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, hosting, and prize fulfillment providers. We may also share information with the Prize Sponsor as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, administer the Competition, fulfill the prize, comply with law, or protect the integrity of the Competition.

We will not sell your email address to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by emailing us at the contact address listed below. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect transactional messages relating to your Competition entry, score verification, eligibility review, or prize delivery.

10. Public Display of Name and Score

You agree that the public display name you submit and the score you achieve may be displayed publicly on the leaderboard, on the Site, and in social media posts, promotional materials, and other communications about the Competition.

Do not submit a display name that contains your full real name, contact details, profanity, hate speech, threats, harassment, impersonation, or anything you do not want shown publicly.

RapTV may, in its sole discretion, redact, anonymize, edit, or remove any display name it considers inappropriate, offensive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automated tools, exploit bugs, submit multiple entries from disposable email addresses, or otherwise circumvent these Terms may result in disqualification, removal of scores from the leaderboard, and a ban from future competitions.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, automation, macros, emulators, or other non-human gameplay tools;
• Tampering with the game code, Site, leaderboard, browser, API, score submission process, or verification process;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors;
• Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
• Using multiple accounts, aliases, identities, devices, or email addresses to manipulate the leaderboard;
• Using disposable email addresses to evade detection or submit duplicate entries;
• Using VPNs, proxies, spoofing, or other methods to hide or misrepresent location, identity, or eligibility;
• Attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or fairness of the Competition;
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating other participants, RapTV representatives, or Prize Sponsor representatives;
• Violating these Terms or applicable law.

RapTV reserves the right to review, remove, void, or disqualify any score, entry, participant, or potential winner if RapTV determines, in its sole discretion, that the score, entry, or participation is fraudulent, manipulated, automated, suspicious, abusive, or inconsistent with fair play.

12. Data Retention & Your Rights

Email addresses and related Competition data are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Competition, verify scores, prevent fraud, deliver the prize, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Email addresses added to the RapTV newsletter or marketing list are retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise ask us to delete them, subject to applicable law and any legal retention obligations.

Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you; opt out of certain uses of your personal information; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may exercise these rights by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the email address listed below.

Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion of information needed to verify your entry, eligibility, score, or prize claim before the winner is confirmed may result in disqualification from prize eligibility.

13. Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants RapTV, Stake.us, Sweepsteaks Ltd., and their respective affiliates, agencies, and promotional partners the right to use the winner's name, username, likeness, image, voice, city/state or country of residence, prize information, score, and statements about the Competition for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

14. Intellectual Property & Independence

The Site is operated by or on behalf of RapTV, LLC.

The Competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Drake, OVO Sound, Republic Records, Universal Music Group, Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, Google, Apple, YouTube, or any of their affiliates, unless expressly stated by RapTV.

All trademarks, copyrights, names, logos, images, music, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Participants may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, sell, exploit, or otherwise misuse any Competition materials, game code, leaderboard data, website content, or intellectual property.

15. Responsible Marketing

The Competition and related promotional materials are intended to be marketed responsibly.

The Competition does not encourage, require, or involve betting, wagering, deposits, casino play, or paid participation.

Participants may not use the Competition in any way to promote unlawful gambling, underage gambling, irresponsible play, financial harm, misleading claims about winning, or any other unlawful or harmful activity.

16. Technical Issues

RapTV is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, network, internet, browser, server, hosting, platform, email, security, or website issues that may affect participation, score submission, leaderboard display, winner notification, or prize fulfillment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or score submissions;
• Website outages or downtime;
• Leaderboard display errors;
• Internet connection issues;
• Device or browser incompatibility;
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering;
• Data loss;
• Human or technical error.

If a technical issue affects the fairness, security, legality, or proper operation of the Competition, RapTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or restart the Competition, or to determine the winner from among eligible verified scores received before the issue occurred.

17. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release and hold harmless RapTV, LLC, Stake.us, Sweepsteaks Ltd., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, agencies, platform providers, service providers, and promotional partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

• Participation in the Competition;
• Use of the Site or game;
• Submission or display of leaderboard scores;
• Acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize;
• Any technical or human error;
• Any violation of these Terms;
• Any violation of applicable law;
• Any unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive participation.

The Competition and the Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapTV, Stake.us, Sweepsteaks Ltd., and their respective affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the Competition, participation in the Competition, use of the Site, or acceptance or use of the prize.

18. Right to Cancel or Modify

RapTV may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

RapTV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Competition at any time if fraud, technical failures, legal or regulatory concerns, platform issues, security issues, force majeure events, or any other cause affects the integrity, fairness, legality, or proper administration of the Competition.

In the event of cancellation or termination, RapTV may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner from among eligible verified scores submitted before the cancellation or termination.

Your continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Competition will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Winner List

To request the name or username of the winner after the Competition has ended, email support@raptv.com within thirty (30) days after the end of the Competition Period.
